Something Extraordinary Every Day We are looking for a proactive Senior Legal Managerto help manage the legal function at Kildare Village.
About the role Manage / assist with production and negotiation of all commercial contracts Manage risk and compliance including applications / interactions with public entities Monitor changes in the law (local and EU) and advise on its effect on the operations of the Village's practice Work with the Legal Director to manage brand requests Support other teams within the Village with regard to legal agreements for brand events and associated marketing.
Provide legal advice and support to Value Retail's rapidly growing online presence and digital marketing campaigns Support Retail, Operations, Marketing and Finance on all legal issues.
Liaise with colleagues to manage and protect Value Retail intellectual property Monitor correct usage of Brand's trademarks Manage relationships with suppliers, especially regarding cost control Role requirements We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills: Proven experience as a lawyer and possess legal qualification in Ireland More than 4 years PQE + in-house experience is preferable Expertise in commercial law and up to date knowledge of the relevant legislation Working knowledge of commercial (and/or marketing) contracts Able to negotiate with the ability to demonstrate steady commercial common sense Able to influence internal local stakeholders confidently and independently Ability to Interpret and translate legal matters into clear advice for management There's no one quite like us The Bicester Collection are the worlds' leading luxury shopping destinations, and we are committed to creating magical and memorable experiences for our guests.
