Morgan McKinley Limerick is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Legal Services firm based in Limerick. This role would be suitable for a Legal Secretary, seasoned PA, or Administrator with experience in legal services.
Main duties include (but are not limited to):
1. Performing the duties of a personal secretary to two Solicitors, managing diaries and appointments effectively.
2. Responding to enquiries via mail, phone, in person, and email; organizing travel arrangements.
3. Acting as the main contact person for the solicitor/partner regarding office functions and activities, answering queries, and relaying information internally and externally.
4. Creating, amending, and formatting legal documents and templates.
5. Using Dictaphone systems to prepare and type documents such as correspondence and legal submissions.
6. Supporting the solicitor/partner in various tasks within their remit.
7. Having knowledge of legal procedures.
8. Preparing briefs and booklets of documents for court.
9. Arranging meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
10. Cross-referencing minutes and reports with relevant files for easy retrieval.
11. Working to deadlines in a highly confidential environment.
This role is from 9:00 to 17:30, five days a week, on-site. Training on systems is provided.
