Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their busy parts team in North Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have motor industry experience, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify the correct parts required for trade, retail and workshop customers.
* Manage all telephone, email and online enquiries effectively.
* Process parts orders through various software systems and DMS.
* Verify deliveries and input information on the DMS.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience working in the motor industry.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
