We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining areas, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional culinary experience. You will lead a team of food and beverage staff, manage service standards, and assist in the development of menus and promotions that enhance our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise food and beverage service operations, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
* Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure seamless operations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and promote food and beverage events.
* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for hospitality.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in computer software related to restaurant management.
* Ability to work flexible hours on closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
