We're thrilled to announce a fantastic new opportunity to join our team at Village Vets Beaumont We're looking for a Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our veterinary practice.
Our Beaumont branch opened as a proud member of the Village Vets family in 2020, right on the cusp of the pandemic, during which our team made strong links in the community by continuing to help to treat sick pets. We have separate dog and cat wards, x-ray and dental facilities including dental x-ray, as well as a purpose-built in-house lab.
If you're friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer care, we'd love to hear from you. You'll play a key role in ensuring our clients and their pets receive a warm and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the clinic and would also have an interest in learning about animal care with the goal of progressing their career.
Responsibilities
* Greet all visitors and welcome them to the clinic.
* Answer and direct phone calls.
* Schedule appointments.
* Checking in patients.
* Collecting payments.
* Maintain records as necessary .
* Manage the receptionist area and assist with admin tasks as needed.
* Assist Vet nurses and Vets with patient care when necessary.
* Undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or relevant work experience.
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills.
* 2 or more years of front of house experience.
