, well‑established with high‑profile commercial / residential / mixed‑use development projects is looking for a Site Engineer to join there Cork based team with long term work ahead
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee engineering aspects on site: setting out, supervising concrete works, structural. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are done to spec, on schedule, and to budget.
* Conduct quality control inspections; ensure health & safety standards are met.
* Lead / mentor more junior engineers; liaise with project management to deliver project deliverables.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
* Typically 4+ years' experience with a main contractor on comparable large‑scale commercial/residential or mixed‑use builds. Experience in RC frame, foundations, brickwork, cladding etc.
* Familiarity with Irish building regulations and standards
