Your new role
1. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of skilled electricians in a highly automated industrial setting.
2. Perform maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including instrumentation, PLCs, and Variable Speed Drives, ensuring plant safety and reliability.
3. Reduce equipment downtime through quick responses, thorough root cause analysis, and effective problem-solving.
4. Train electricians on electrical systems and instrumentation, enhancing their fault-finding abilities.
5. Oversee a team of maintenance electricians, apprentices, and contractor electricians.
6. Ensure the completion and continuous review of planned maintenance routines using the PEMAC maintenance management system.

What you'll need to succeed
7. Showcase the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members.
8. Qualified Electrician with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Electrical or equivalent.
9. Proficient in switchgear, MCC controls, relay logic, and various AC and DC voltage systems.
10. Possess high-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting.
11. Familiar with mechanical and electrical process plants and related maintenance activities within the wastewater industry.
12. Bring 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
13. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health & Safety statutory requirements, responsibilities, and obligations.
What you'll get in return
14. Salary up to €70,000 plus bonus.
15. 23 days of annual leave plus all Bank Holidays, including Good Friday.
16. Pension contributions where you can contribute either 5% or 7.5% of your base salary, matched by the company.
17. Two paid GP visits per month.
