Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our site training system.
The role is focused on delivering high-quality training experiences to ensure that all site personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
The Training Administrator will work closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs, develop curricula, create learning plans, and manage individual training histories.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing reports from our Learning Management System, tracking site training metrics, and monitoring training processes and systems.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize multiple projects and requests while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cGMP requirements and experience with MS Office applications and training database administration.
A degree in a relevant discipline is desired, but equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
