Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist
The role will be situated in a cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility where you will perform duties including supporting daily operation of semiconductor manufacturing facility with effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis. You will lead cross functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement using data driven analysis and decision making. The successful candidate will have experience in equipment maintenance and be able to demonstrate analytical troubleshooting methods. They will also have the ability to follow preventative maintenance and standard work procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily operation of semiconductor manufacturing facility.
* Perform root cause failure analysis.
* Lead cross functional teams in continuous improvement.
* Drive continuous improvement of KPIs for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Requirements:
- Ordinary Bachelor's degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor's degrees (NFQ Level 8).
- 6-10 years of experience in maintenance technician or engineer roles, ideally coming from a highly regulated environment or an equipment maintenance role within the semiconductor industry.
- Analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8 D Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills.
- Ability to follow preventative maintenance and standard work procedures.
