Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing and maintaining multiple ISO management systems across diverse industry sectors and be confident working directly with clients to deliver practical, compliant, and business-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems for clients
Conduct gap analyses, internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
Support clients through certification and surveillance audits
Develop and review management system documentation, procedures, and policies
Deliver training and guidance to client teams and management
Ensure systems are practical, effective, and aligned with operational needs
Work across multiple industries and client environments
Proven experience implementing ISO management systems in multiple industries
Strong working knowledge of:
ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
Experience conducting internal audits and supporting certification audits
Excellent communication, organisational, and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites when required
Ideal Qualifications & Experience
A qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline
NEBOSH, Diploma, Degree, MSc, or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety
Experience implementing integrated management systems
Bonus Skills
Experience in ISO 9001 implementation and auditing
Experience implementing or auditing ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems would be a significant advantage
