* Be the first point of contact for customers, offering a warm, professional, and helpful service.
* Process sales orders, update customer details, and keep internal systems accurate and up to date.
* Work closely with sales, design, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Provide after-sales care, resolving issues with a positive, solutions-driven approach.
* Build strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions and offer recommendations – you will have a brilliant supportive team around to you offer product advice.
* Coordinate appointments and assist with scheduling project timelines
Requirements
* Experience in customer service, administration, or retail - in a B2B environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
