* The Quality Team Lead will provide technical support and training in areas of food safety and legal requirements.
* Manage a team of professionals, developing their skills and knowledge to meet business objectives.
* Coordinate with all departments and managers to ensure effective communication and decision making.
* Influence decision making to ensure food safety and quality needs are met.
* Monitor key performance indicators and ensure effective measurement and compliance.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher in a relevant field. They will have 4+ years' experience in a similar role in FMCG or food retail environment. Knowledge of BRC standards is required, with familiarity of cooking processes and high care facilities an advantage.
