Manufacturing Process Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial Large-Scale Drug Substance manufacturing and will be responsible for the preparation, operation, and monitoring of equipment.
* This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to facilitate development and validation of manufacturing processes.
* You will support Equipment Design/Hazard Operability (HAZOP) reviews, as well as provide input on room programming.
* The successful candidate will consistently deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), such as EHS metrics, production plan adherence, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), compliance, and team training.
In this role you will execute commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. You must adhere to Right First-Time principles at all times.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in GMP Manufacturing environment required.
• Level 7 qualification in a science or engineering discipline
• Understanding of drug substance manufacturing operations beneficial
