Job Title: Mainstream Children's Residential Services Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Care Leader to join our team in a residential setting. The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide care to service users, focusing on therapeutic support for children and young people.
Salary:
The salary scale for this position is €54,157 - €63,245 per annum. Premium rates may also apply, which can range from €5,000 to €8,000 annually.
Job Description:
This role involves working as part of a team to provide care to service users who have emotional or behavioural difficulties. The focus is on providing a therapeutic care placement, often for those who cannot live with their own families due to reasons such as family breakdown, neglect, abuse, addiction, or mental health issues.
Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to service users.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on service user progress and outcomes.
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Be registered with the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU.
* Hold a BA in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Have a clean manual full Irish driving license.
* Be flexible to work across all rosters, including days, nights, and weekends.
