* Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4-star hotel or upscale restaurant
* Excellent understanding of HACCP and Hygiene procedures
* Ability to produce high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Legal right to work in Ireland without any restrictions
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
