The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key worker roles, ensuring the safe and secure participation of individuals in community and leisure activities. They will also provide support and guidance to team members as needed.

Responsibilities
As a senior member of our team, the successful candidate will assume leadership responsibilities, including standing in for the Team Leader in their absence and providing advice and support to colleagues.
Requirements
Candidates require a level 7 qualification relevant to the health sector, with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in day services designing and implementing programs. Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
Working Hours
75 hours a fortnight, based on a 5-day week duty roster. Working hours may vary from 8am to 8pm over 7 days to meet program requirements.
Benefits
22 days per annum annual leave. Remuneration: A competitive salary scale (01/03/2025) - €40,120 x 11 increments - €50,788 (Maximum) per annum. LSI1 €52,423 is payable after 3 years on the maximum of the scale. LSI2 €54,163 is payable after a further 3 years. Tenure: This position is permanent and pensionable. Probation: A probationary period of nine months applies to the post.
