Compensation Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Expert to join our team in Dublin. This key role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of compensation, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and Revenue requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly and/or monthly compensation for employees in line with company deadlines, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with Irish tax legislation, Revenue guidelines, and employment law, making adjustments as necessary.
* Maintain employee compensation records, including new starters, leavers, and changes to pay or benefits, promoting data accuracy and process efficiency.
* Manage statutory deductions such as PAYE, PRSI, USC, and pension contributions, accurately reconciling payroll accounts and resolving discrepancies promptly.
* Prepare and submit compensation reports to management and relevant authorities, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
* Reconcile compensation accounts and resolve discrepancies, responding to employee queries regarding payslips, deductions, and compensation processes.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency, driving business growth through effective compensation strategies.
* Assist with audits, year-end processing, and reporting requirements, supporting process improvement initiatives within the compensation function.
