If you would like to join a company who wins high profile projects with blue chip clients and if you enjoy working in a stimulating environment, then Flynn is the company for you.REPORTING TO: BIM ManagerPurpose of RoleThe Document Controller will play a key role in supporting the Site Project Team in ensuring that all documentation related to the project is managed according to construction best practice and in line with Flynn's Quality Management System.Role ResponsibilitiesCarrying out daily project office administrative tasks, in support of the project management teamsOversee the document control process for the entire project, ensuring that all documentation is organised, recorded, and managed in accordance with project and company policies.Develop and maintain document control procedures, ensuring that they are up to date and reflect current best practices.Work closely with the project team, providing guidance and support on document control-related matters, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.Manage the project document control system, including the document management software, and ensure that it is operating effectively and efficiently.Provide regular reports on document control status to project management and other stakeholders, as requiredManage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of all project documentation including technical submittals, method statements, RAMS, drawings, QA records, and certification documents.Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for project teams, designers, subcontractors, and clientsCurate, verify, distribute, and retrieve all project documentationOnboard & induct all SubcontractorsConfigure status reports, workflows, distribution matrices, and control logsKnowledge of ISO-19650 workflows,Create templates, procedures, and guidelines for long-term scalability and compliance.Conduct regular audits / internal checks for data consistency, retention, and version traceability.The CandidateAt least 2 years' experience in document control positionKnowledge of Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or a similar software is an advantageKnowledge of ISO19650 workflows is an advantageConstruction experience preferableAbility to multitask.Dependable, reliable and enthusiastic individual.Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously.Good communication skills as this is essential with operations teams; High standard of written English.Impeccable Organisational skills (for ensuring all tender docs are downloaded correctly)Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint) is essentialFluent in EnglishRemunerationFlynn offer a competitive remuneration package to include basic salary, bonus, pension and life assurance, healthcare, and a car allowance/company vehicle.
