Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Planner/Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of construction projects within budget and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule Development: Create and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
* Progress Monitoring: Track and update project progress against the baseline schedule, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
* Coordination & Communication: Work collaboratively with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to gather and validate schedule-related data.
* Risk Management: Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impacts on project delivery.
* Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports such as Gantt charts, S-curves, and project dashboards for stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
* Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and resource management.
* Knowledge of key project management principles (e.g., critical path method, earned value analysis).
* Ability to assess complex data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
* Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in schedules and reports.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.

Education & Experience:
* Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
* Experience working on medium to large-scale construction projects.
* Familiarity with Irish construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
