This role is critical in shaping platform architecture, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned Service Now implementations.
Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end Service Now implementations, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, and deployment Design and own Service Now solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards Providetechnical leadershipacross Service Now modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Sec Ops, or custom apps) Define architectural standards, governance, and best practices for the Service Now platform Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Overseedelivery of Service Now projects, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and security Guide and mentor developers and implementation teams Support integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration patterns Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Now Architector Senior Service Now Consultant Strongimplementation experiencedelivering multiple Service Now projects Deep understanding of Service Now architecture, platform capabilities, and data model Demonstrated expertise insolution designand technical decision-making Hands-on experience with scripting (Java Script, Glide APIs) and configuration Experience leading or contributing toproject deliveryin agile or hybrid environments Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are highly desirable Nice to Have Experience with large-scale or enterprise Service Now deployments Background in platform governance, performance optimization, and security Experience working with cross-functional or global teams
