We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can effectively communicate with members, assist with queries, and ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by dealing with member queries in person, by phone/email
* Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the club's facilities and equipment
* Support the Club Manager in promoting the club and its services
* Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the club
* Process membership enquiries and complete sales transactions with customers
