Their Building Services team in Dublin is expanding, and they are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead a team and work on a variety of Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects. This role offers exposure to major international projects, career progression, and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Mechanical Engineers on large-scale Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects
* Develop and deliver mechanical design solutions for complex building services systems
* Use industry-leading design software to create innovative, high-quality solutions
* Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to junior engineers
* Ensure compliance with international and local standards
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices and regions

Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* Proven experience in building services design within an Irish or UK consultancy
* Strong knowledge of mechanical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Hevacomp, IES)
* Experience delivering Infrastructure and Critical Systems projects
* Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
