About the Role
* Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of regional service delivery plans aligned with national strategic priorities.
* Effective management of resources, prioritisation of regional operations and embedding consistent standards across multiple locations are critical to delivering high-quality services.
* The implementation and continuous refinement of national and regional policies within the assigned area require strong governance support from the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities also include providing oversight to regional Boards, ensuring compliance across risk management, financial planning, documentation and internal controls. Additionally, the Regional Manager is accountable for managing regional budgets, reporting cycles and cost-centre governance, ensuring financial integrity at all times.
