The role involves leading an organisation's end-to-end testing strategy to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple programmes and product lines.
This position combines strategic planning, technical depth, and strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement in quality engineering practices.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Developing test strategies for large-scale projects;
2. Leading test teams across various projects with a focus on consistent, high-quality delivery;
3. Evaluating governance mechanisms such as KPIs and quality gates;
4. Oversight of automation adoption including CI/CD integration and modern tooling;
5. Risk management through early identification of quality risks and implementation of mitigation strategies;
Partner with different teams like engineering, product, architecture, and business to align on quality outcomes.
Champion process improvements like lean testing practices or shift-left approaches. What You'll Need: & nbsp ; & nbsp ; & nbsp ; The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), performance/security testing exposure, and hold appropriate ISTQB Advanced/Expert certifications.
