Senior Software/Data Engineer - Liquidity & Funding Analytics is a key role within a leading global financial institution, where you will be part of a high-performing engineering team responsible for developing scalable and data-driven solutions to support liquidity and funding functions across markets and Treasury operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills - Software Engineering
Our ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Java, strong understanding of JVM internals, and hands-on experience designing and developing secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot. Additionally, they should have expertise in object-oriented design, clean coding practices, system design for scalability and reliability, as well as proficiency in RDBMS & SQL for analytical and operational workloads.
Technical Skills - Data Engineering
The successful candidate will also have experience building scalable, reliable data pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark, along with expertise in data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines, ideally in financial or risk domains. They should also be familiar with streaming platforms such as Kafka or similar technologies, as well as cloud data warehouses and lakehouse solutions.
