We re looking for a chef to be based in France to run the kitchen at our relaxed restaurant on a holiday park in beautiful southwest France.
This is casual food done properly.
Expect plenty of BBQ cooked outdoors on barbecues and offset smokers, alongside Sunday lunches, charcuterie boards, and simple French favourites during the busy summer period.
No fine-dining pressure, just good honest food.
