Main Responsibilities

* To develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability in the department

* To lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting a positive work environment

* To coach and develop the skills of team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to deliver outstanding results

* To maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the department has the right product mix to drive sales

* To monitor and address any variations to the cost base of the department on a week-to-week basis
