Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating bid documents, preparing quotations, accounts, and invoices, as well as supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate bid document submissions
* Prepare financial documentation, including quotations and invoices
* Support daily office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Assist with tendering process, meeting deadlines and managing health & safety documentation
Requirements:
* Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Previous experience in government tenders and submissions
* Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication
* Fetac Level 5 or 6 qualification
