Job SummaryOur client is a leading Irish housebuilder, ranked among the top tier of residential developers in Ireland, known for delivering high-quality sustainable communities. This role is critical to an ongoing major residential project in Galway, where you will take ownership of the finishing stages from plastering through to final handover, ensuring every home meets exacting standards and is delivered on time.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of on-site health and safety compliance, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and in full accordance with regulationsUnderstand and manage the delivery programme and RTS/RTO dates, provide weekly progress reports, and proactively address delays to keep the project on trackManage and coordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet project milestones, including overseeing testing and commissioning activitiesConduct continuous inspections of on-site works, resolve issues promptly, and maintain quality standards throughout all finishing phasesEnsure all inductions, sign-off sheets, and IFCOs are completed accurately and logged correctly on the DMS platform (Zutec)Lead and manage snagging teams to achieve efficient, high-quality unit handovers, maintaining and closing out the snag list in coordination with subcontractorsComplete daily allocation sheets to track site labour and material usage accuratelyTake full ownership of each unit from plastering/skimming through 2nd and 3rd fix, snagging, and final handoverParticipate in daily whiteboard meetings and collaborate with the site team to drive performance and continuous improvementLiaise with the Site Administrator, Completions Coordinator, and Sales Team to provide regular updates on unit handovers and project progressEngage professionally with homeowners and potential purchasers, delivering a best-in-class customer experienceAddress aftercare issues promptly and escalate recurring problems to the Aftercare Team for resolutionUphold and advocate for the client's brand, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, workmanship, and customer care in all interactionsRequirementsTrade background preferableAbility to achieve demanding time and quality targets consistentlyStrong spoken and written communication skillsMethodical approach with meticulous attention to detail and accuracyExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively at all levelsSelf-motivated with the capacity to work on own initiativeProven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to accept responsibility for completing designated tasksBenefitsCompetitive salaryPerformance-related bonusPension scheme with matching contributionsFull health insuranceAnnual salary reviewContinuous Professional Development (CPD) programme with fundingPaid maternity and paternity leaveComplimentary annual leave daysLife assuranceIncome protectionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeTax Saver – travel and bike to work schemesCulture Committee involvementTalent Development ProgrammesApproved Profit Sharing Scheme (APSS)Company vehicle (role dependent)
