Key Responsibilities
* Design, development, and implementation of DeltaV (Emerson) control strategies, configurations, and applications.
* Perform FAT/SAT activities and support commissioning/qualification efforts for new and existing systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues across the manufacturing process to maintain high operational efficiency.
* Develop and execute validation documentation (e.g., test scripts) in compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations.
* Provide technical expertise and support for system upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle planning.
Requirements
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is non-negotiable.
* Proven track record in a GMP/regulated environment, preferably Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical.
* Strong understanding of control theory, batch control standards (e.g., S88), and data historian systems.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to meet critical deadlines.
