We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Partner to join our team. As an HR Partner, you will provide expert advice to managers and employees on a wide range of human resources topics.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of HR business partnering within a matrix organisation, providing expert advice to managers and employees preferably in a business process consultancy environment.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law is essential, with UK employment law knowledge desirable.
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are required.
A degree in Human Resources or related discipline is preferable but not essential.
