Job Description
Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team of social and care staff in supporting adults towards independent living and community integration.
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of legislation in place to protect vulnerable adults, as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills. A full, clean manual driver's license and own vehicle are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Heath or Social Care.
* 1 year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Experience working with challenging behaviors.
* Strong working knowledge of legislation in place to protect vulnerable adults.
* A full, clean manual driver's license and own vehicle.
