Deputy Clinic Manager – Renal Dialysis Unit
Fresenius Medical Care invites applications for the Deputy Clinic Manager role at our upcoming dialysis clinic in Ennis, with initial base at our Limerick clinic. This full‑time position (37.5 hours/week) involves operating in a modern, multi‑disciplinary environment to ensure patient‑led service delivery. The clinic will initially accommodate around 48 patients (up to 80), with 20 haemodialysis stations.
The deputy will work closely with the Senior Clinic Manager, receive ongoing mentorship and supernumerary training, and gain experience with Fresenius 6008 haemodialysis machines.
Locations: Ennis (opening planned for Summer 2026), with initial duties in Limerick. Working hours are a variety of shifts between 6:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday.

What does the role involve?
In a modern, well‑equipped environment, you will provide operational management to ensure the service is patient‑led and performing well. You will allocate resources effectively, oversee staff training and development, and contribute to care plans for individual patients. You will promote a culture of innovation and compassionate care to meet the needs of every patient.
Note: this role requires 1st or 2nd level Nursing registration with the NMBI, with formal renal nursing qualification or substantial haemodialysis experience, plus experience in managing others, counselling patients, and understanding the Care Quality Commission framework.
This is a full‑time role of 37.5 hours per week with current shifts between 6.00am and 6.30pm, Monday–Friday.
