Our Spa Therapists are responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa/beauty treatments to guests to a high standard and in a professional manner. This role ensures that every client receives a high quality experience that reflects Serenity Spa's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other therapeutic services according to spa protocols and guest preferences.
* Greet clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Ensure a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere throughout the spa.
* Uphold service standards and maintain product knowledge to promote spa offerings and retail sales.
* Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and care.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Level 3 or equivalent qualification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field (recognized qualification required).
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and a variety of massage and body treatment techniques.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Positive attitude, team player, and passion for wellness and holistic care.
* Flexible to work weekends as required.
