Director of Nursing
The role encompasses overall responsibility for the delivery and management of high-quality patient care services, encompassing both clinical and operational aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring seamless operations and superior patient outcomes.
* Quality of Care Responsibilities: Ensure that all residents receive exceptional care, adhering to stringent standards and regulatory requirements.
* Regulatory Compliance: Spearhead efforts to ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations, guaranteeing a safe and healthy environment for patients.
* Health & Safety: Develop and implement robust strategies to minimize risks and optimize health and safety protocols within the facility.
Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in a senior management capacity and hold either a Level 8 qualification in Healthcare Management or a Level 9 degree with a module in management.
