Site Management Position
We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team based in Sligo. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver quality products to clients while fostering professional relations with design teams and client representatives.
* Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality and client service, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on time and without rework.
* Report progress accurately and in a timely fashion to senior management.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure their work meets the required standard.
* Plan, execute and deliver projects as per contract documents.
* Maintain excellent working relationships with construction teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
* Resource and schedule work in line with project construction programs.
* Work closely with project QS advising on upcoming issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in Site Management role.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction or Project Management (desired).
* Strong knowledge of construction industry and project execution.
* Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Project or similar scheduling software.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A keen eye for detail and proven track record of delivering projects on time.
* Self-starter with good judgment when working under pressure.
* Good manager with ability to motivate and drive workforce.
* Commercially conscious individual with market awareness.
