Job Title: Quality Manager
We are partnering with a well-established Homecare Provider in South Dublin to recruit a Quality Manager for our busy office.
About the Role:
This dynamic role involves full ownership of quality management processes for all clients in Dublin 14. Responsibilities include visiting clients at home, managing a small team of quality supervisors, and performing administrative tasks such as updating care plans and recording visits.
Main Functions:
* Taking ownership and managing the QA function for all clients in the Dundrum branch.
* Managing and planning quarterly visits by field-based supervisors.
* Conducting new client quality visits and risk assessments.
* Following up with family members, healthcare professionals, and carers.
* Entering records of quality visits and updating QA trackers.
* Identifying and preventing emerging issues with clients and their services.
* Contributing to the team effort and assuming other duties relating to the provision of a quality service.
* Managing complaints and incidents, ensuring they are fully investigated and resolved.
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in a related field.
* Experience working in an office-based management role.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
* Confidence in technology use, including Excel.
* Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
* Able to connect and mediate between clients, family members, and carers.
* Friendly, approachable, and empathetic manner.
Benefits:
Full-time position, fixed hours Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:00pm. Parking and expenses included. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
