This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys working independently.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure standard procedures are followedAnswer telephone calls professionally and handle customer inquiriesRecord and manage leads accuratelyPerform bookkeeping tasks, including invoice input and reconciliation of banking statementsLiaise with accountants and suppliers to maintain accurate financial recordsSupport the team with general administrative dutiesWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in office administration and bookkeepingStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and telephone etiquetteAbility to work on your own initiative and solve problems effectivelyProficiency with office software and accounting tools, such as Zoho Books, Microsoft 365.SalaryNegotiable, depending on experience and abilities.This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to be a key part of a friendly, supportive team.
