Responsibilities:
1. Finance lead on the commercial performance of the business.
2. Partnering with the senior leadership team on setting out the commercial strategy of the business.
3. Reporting and monitoring on key sales & Margin performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
4. Identification, alignment and implementation of profit-improving opportunities, across sales & margin.
5. Finance lead on the identification of cost saving & efficiency.
6. Leading out and owning the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
7. Streaming lining of commercial and business processes.
8. Building financial models in conjunction with external parties.
9. Partnering with the business on the creation of the business case for investment.
10. Management of the capital investment proposal and approval process.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
11. 4+ years' experience.
12. A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
13. Highly proficient in Excel.
14. Proven analytical and financial modeling skills.
15. Experience in support cover area payroll, AP payment processing and financial accounting.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with the added opportunity of progression to Financial Controller in the Future.
