Our client is seeking an exceptional Business Change Manager to support the delivery of major transformation programmes in the public sector with a strong emphasis on healthcare transformation and broader professional services environments.
Onsite in Dublin 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities - Lead large-scale change programmes from inception through to implementation and benefit realisation.
Provide structured change management governance, support and excellent communications management and stakeholder engagement.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between clinical, operational, and strategic objectives.
Drive high-quality delivery across project teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and complete change impact assessments, develop plans to support change.
Develop a communications plan.
Complete training needs assessment and design the training programme.
Ensure all change outputs are delivered to professional services standards with a client-centric focus.
Post go live review and continuous improvement.
Skills required – ·At least 10 years delivery experience in a Change Management capacity.
Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting before transitioning into change management Proven track record delivering major transformation programmes within professional services environments.
Strong client-facing capabilities and the ability to build credibility quickly at senior levels.
Expertise in methodologies such as PROSCI, PRINCE2, PMP.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
