Responsibilities
* Manage multiple new homes developments from launch through to completion.
* Prepare pricing, marketing plans, and sales strategies for each scheme.
* Coordinate and support external Sales Agents throughout the sales process.
* Work closely with Development, Construction, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure key milestones and reporting deadlines are met.
* Review floorplans and specifications with the design team and agree final development specifications.
* Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring social media activity reaches the right audience.
* Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and branding assets.
Key skills required
* A degree in Property Economics, Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency, or a related field.
* At least 5 years' experience in the New Homes sector, ideally with a developer or sales agency background.
