Part‑time (0.8 WTE - 30.1 hours per week) permanent post available in Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons (ICPOP), South Tipperary General Hospital and Our Lady’s Hospital, Cashel, South Tipperary (base).

Responsibilities / Qualifications
Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience working in care sites for older persons, as relevant to the role.
Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience and involvement in research, training and advanced dietetic practice relevant to the nutritional needs in older persons, as relevant to the role.
Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience developing a service to meet client / population needs, as relevant to the role.
