Leading a Team in Homeless Services
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Homeless Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a dedicated service team, promoting a positive and trauma-informed culture.
* Ensure effective client engagement and support pathways into long-term housing.
* Collaborate with statutory bodies, community partners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes and reduce homelessness.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within homeless or community services.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with vulnerable communities.
* Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
