Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Permanent full time Competitive Salary plus benefits Hybrid structure: 4 days office based, 1 day remote (Following 6 months probation) About the job: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will have a solid 360 recruitment background, with strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing applicants & negotiating. You will have a strong service delivery focus, managing expectations for both key internal stakeholders and candidates. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent Manage the full 360 recruitment in multiple campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels, including agency partners, social media, job boards, and professional networks Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process Skills / Requirements: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or experience in a recruitment agency. At least 1 year experience recruiting within the construction industry beneficial. Demonstrated experience managing agency partners, social media, applicant tracking systems and professional networks Experience dealing with key stakeholders Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to design job descriptions and interview questions Degree in related field Strategic thinking to align recruitment efforts with company goals Attention to detail in screening and evaluating candidates Adaptability to manage multiple hiring needs and changing priorities Relationship-building skills to foster long-term connections with candidates
