If so, this Reliability Engineer role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.As a Reliability Engineer Professional, you will be responsible for implementing assigned aspects of the site Equipment Reliability program and site strategy by ensuring production equipment is available to produce when needed & to deliver product per customer demand.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:Responsibilities:Responsible for assigned Reliability initiatives of Production equipment on site, supporting site reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).Responsible for entering data into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for stock of production critical spare parts within budget target.Adhere to all Haleon safety guidelines and procedures and ensure effective troubleshooting and reoccurrence elimination of breakdowns.Recommend improvements and desirable modifications in methods, procedures, processes, equipment and layout, participating in Kaizen events and projects as required.Work with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization and manage vendors and consultants to ensure that contracts contain appropriate technical specifications are delivered as required.Interface with users, peers, and management to ensure appropriate input and integration of local and corporate standards.Author, review, revise, or approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as required and assign on time Compliance records of Maintenance Department.Participate in site Operational Excellence initiatives and stay current on developments in the field of Equipment Maintenance & Reliability and Haleon-Standards.Provide technical support for utility systems including but not limited to: high speed packaging lines and manufacturing areas.Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practice.**Why you?Basic Qualifications:**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in Maintenance in cGMP Industry.5 years of applied maintenance experience requiredExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environmentStrong written and verbal communications skillsFamiliarity with manufacturing systems and technologiesComputer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Expertise in multiple areas of maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and CMMS / EAM / ERP optimization.Demonstrated effective communication skills and practices and have experience with reliability productivity tools.Understanding of RCM process, failure mode identification, defect analysis, cause and effect analysis, loss elimination, determination of probability, and consequence of failures; along with the use of sFMEA, RCFA decision logic, and writing tasks to mitigate identified failures.Knowledge of generic problem solving, and the RCA process. .Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, and repair.Asset Management experience, its various components and organization.Understanding of condition monitoring principles, tools, and application.Certification in reliability: (CMRP, CRL, etc.), and be willing to continually pursue knowledge and certifications in reliability and predictive technologies.Why Haleon?Our Win as One Framework is a simple, stretching definition of our future direction.
