* Salary: The gross salary scale applicable to the post of Assistant Lecturer is: €46,601 - €63,104 p.a. (as at 01/08/2025).

The Department of Sport and Exercise Science offers undergraduate degrees in Recreation and Sport Management, Sports Coaching and Performance, Sport and Exercise Science. It is also engaged in the research activity leading to postgraduate awards, including in the sport and recreation fields. Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced candidates, with the relevant expertise in sports development, sports management, sport and society and recreation to lecture on taught programmes, and contribute to the development of the Department as a whole
