What You Bring:
Experience:
2+ years in Operations, Project Coordination, Account Management, or Business Administration.
Mindset:
A process-driven, highly organised individual who thrives under pressure and wants to transition into a commercial, target-driven environment.
Eligibility:
EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
Drive:
A desire to be in the heart of the action (Monday–Friday, office-based in Dublin).

Comp Structure:
Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses.
Earning Potential:
Average Year 1: €47k+ | Average Year 2: €68k+.
The Details:
Commission paid monthly (no caps).
Base salary DOE (early-to-mid thirties range).
