Project Coordinator Role for Roofing & Cladding Contractor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner to join our team in Limerick. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and within budget.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent role that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Irish roofing and cladding contractor. You will be working on a range of commercial and residential projects, including mixed-use developments, data centres, and pharmaceutical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Coordinate and plan construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays or issues.
* Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 1+ year's experience as a Construction Planner or Project Coordinator in a similar industry.
* Skills: Proficient in P6 planning software, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
* Qualifications: Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
