VP, Legal Counsel
A superb opportunity has arisen to join the established legal team of a leading, global investment manager based in Dublin.
This opportunity is suited to
Investment Funds Lawyers with 1-3 years pqe.
This role works closely with colleagues in Dublin and the London legal department to support the firm's international efforts.
Key points:
* Experience of UCITS is essential.
* You will provide legal counsel across the firm's European fund complexes and their crucial global distribution activities.
* Your mandate will cover the multiple legal aspects of the broader business across the EMEA region.
* Ideally, candidates will have some knowledge of foreign registration work, adding to the complexity and scope of the role.
You will be part of a collegial team, reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel.
While an initial mentorship period will be provided for the first few months, the role is structured to offer increasing autonomy, allowing you to manage your work independently.
