Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to resolve client service issues in a thorough and expeditious manner. This will involve utilizing sound judgment with an emphasis on courtesy to address routine and complex client inquiries.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, preferably within a brokerage, banking, trading, exchange or clearing house environment.
* They will possess strong verbal and written communication skills to accommodate client inquiries directed via telephone, web ticket or online chat.
This role requires a deep understanding of various financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange and funds.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A university degree (NFQ level 7) in finance, economics or a related field.
* 2-3 years' experience within a similar role.
* A working knowledge of various exchange operations and regulations, product offerings and specifications, execution platforms and rules, and margin methodologies.
